SRDC requires a 30% down payment as the homeowner's equity to start the construction of your house.
In-house financing offers a 10 or 24-month equity-assistance payment plan for homebuyers.
Mode of Payment
Bank to bank transfer is the acceptable mode of payment to SRDC for all payment transactions overseas for lot reservations and the monthly amortization payments.
Discounts
Full payment (spot) purchases are subject to a 10% discount on the total Price. Likewise a 10% discount is also granted to full payment of the 30% equity.
